Paworld may collect account information such as your name, email address, avatar, login credentials, and subscription status. We also collect pet profile information, uploaded media, comments, likes, saves, follow activity, and usage events needed to operate the product.

We use your information to provide authentication, host pet profiles, process media, generate AI analysis, support subscription billing, improve product quality, and keep the service secure and reliable.

Public content

If a pet profile or insight is marked public, related profile details, media, and AI insight content may be visible to other users and external visitors. Do not upload content you do not want to share publicly.

Service providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, storage, media processing, and AI inference. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the service.

Cookies and session data

Paworld uses cookies and related session technologies to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember billing state, and support app-to-web sign-in flows.

Analytics

We may collect product analytics, including page views and key product events, to understand feature usage and improve the experience.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account, pet, media, and subscription records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Some public content may remain visible until removed from the service.

How to request account or data deletion

You may request deletion of your Paworld account or deletion of personal data associated with your use of the service by emailing support@getpaworld.com. You do not need to log in to the app to submit a request.

In your request, please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as the email address you used with Paworld. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing deletion requests.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify account data and associated personal data, subject to any information we need to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. If you request deletion of specific data rather than full account deletion, we will review and process the request to the extent reasonably possible under applicable law and our operational obligations.
